Our East Rochester location is located inside of the Eyer Building (also occupied by the Public Library, Police Department and other town administrative offices) on the corner of Main Street and West Commercial Street with "on street" parking right outside of our studio door.
This location was created to provide a small intimate training experience for our clients to reach their fitness goals in a private setting. We completely understand that sometimes the gym can be an intimidating place that is where our East Rochester location comes in - Most of the time that facility is limited to just 1 trainer and 1 client (or group depending on service) providing a completely non-intimidating atmosphere for our clients to get one on one attention from our trainers.
